Hailing from Tuskegee, James Arrington has proudly called District 4 home for over 30 years. A devout Christian, his life is guided by faith and service. Professionally, he has dedicated himself to the Southeast AL Sickle Cell Association, Inc. and Jara Consulting, reflecting his commitment to health and community support. His deep community involvement shines through his active roles at Bowen United Methodist Church, as the organizer of the District 4 Food Pantry, and with Tuskegee Optimist International, Tuskegee Wesley Foundation, and as Secretary of the Tuskegee University Athletic Hall of Fame. Academically, he holds a Master of Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science from Tuskegee University. Affiliated with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, Alpha Phi Omega - National Service Fraternity, and Lewis Adams Lodge No. 67, James stands as a pillar of service.
